This opportunity comes as part of the Vietnam Grand Sale 2023, established through Decision 1873/QD-BCT issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on 20 July 2023.

Normally, under Vietnamese law, retailers cannot apply a promotional discount exceeding 50% of the product's price before the promotion. However, the law provides certain exceptions, one of which is for promotions during a grand sale program deployed by either local or central State authorities.

During the Vietnam Grand Sale 2023, retailers can offer discounts of up to 100% on the value of the promoted product from 4 December 2023, until 10 January 2024, nationwide.
