On October 18th, 2024, our Partner, Dr. Le Net, served as a speaker at the 2024 AIPPI World Congress in Hangzhou, China. This year's Congress addressed pressing topics such as IP examination and protection in China, a one-year review of the Unified Patent Court (UPC), a patent infringement trial simulation, and "Pharma Day" featuring discussions on drug discovery, AI applications, trademark use in pharmaceuticals, and microbiome patenting.
