LNT & Partners would like to present our contribution to the published ICLG - Merger Control Laws and Regulations 2024, a series of publications cover latest common issues in merger control laws and regulations across diverse jurisdictions.

In the collaborative effort led by Partner Nguyen Anh Tuan and supported by Associates Tran Hai Thinh and Tran Hoang My, the Vietnam Chapter provides an overview of merger control legal landscape in Vietnam, including relevant authorities and legislation, notification and its impact on the transaction timetable, remedies, appeals and enforcement and substantive assessment.
