Now in its third edition, the event attracted hundreds of delegates from both the public and private sectors, including active enterprise participants in the M&A market, well-known auditing and securities firms, top-tier law firms and representatives from state management agencies and the media.

Dr Net Le attended as the moderator of the session on spotting common legal risks in M&A transactions. The panelists looked at several case studies to highlight the sort of legal risks that M&A participants may encounter and offered suggestions on how to mitigate them.
