On December 13, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Bar Federation, in collaboration with the German Federal Bar and the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry, organized a seminar on the topic: “Regulations and Practical Application of International Commercial Arbitration Law in Vietnam and Germany.”

At the seminar, our Managing Partner, Ms Hoang Nguyen Ha Quyen, and experts from both sides shared with the lawyers insights into the development of commercial arbitration, legal regulations on international commercial arbitration, and practical applications to enhance the efficiency of legal services for clients. Additionally, experts and lawyers from the Federal Republic of Germany shared international experiences in this field with Vietnamese lawyers.

Besides, lawyers and experts from both countries presented several papers on the legal provisions regarding Arbitration, introduced various models of arbitration organizations, discussed the practical application of arbitration laws in each country, and addressed other related topics concerning this subject.
