Our Corporate/M&A Co-Head, Mr. Bui Ngoc Hong, recently delivered a seminar on "Legal aspects of Cross-border M&A" as part of the Judicial Academy's Lawyer Training Course for International Integration. The seminar walked the attendees through the process of a cross-border M&A transaction, highlighting pitfalls and practice notes from real life case studies.
