We are honored to advise Tien Nga Joint Stock Company (Tien Nga), a major logistics provider in Vietnam, on the sale of shares in the companies owning a 28.7 MWp rooftop solar system to Levanta Renewables (Levanta), a leading Southeast Asia-focused renewable energy platform backed by Actis, a global investor in sustainable infrastructure.

This project is the largest rooftop solar installation in Dong Nai Province, and also one of the largest rooftop solar installations in Vietnam, covering nearly 200,000 sqm and expected to generate over 34 GWh annually. It will supply green energy to Vietnam Electricity (EVN).

LNT provided extensive legal services, including deal structuring advice, document review and negotiation, and other transaction assistance. Led by Partner Bui Ngoc Hong, with support from Senior Associate Nguyen Quoc Bao and other project team members: Le Thanh Cong, Ngo Dinh Thien, and Hoang Thi Thuy Dung, we provided practical and timely advice throughout the transaction process.
