LNT & Partners is honoured to have advised private equity fund Eastbridge Partners on an acquisition of a strategic interest in USM Healthcare Medical Devices Factory JSC, the first coronary stent manufacturer in Vietnam. The transaction marks a new milestone in the development and the future success of the two businesses, promising to promote Vietnam's medical equipment manufacturing industry to a higher level.
