The conference about FDI Investment in Real Estate, with the presence of Mr Tran Thai Binh, one of our Partners as a speaker and consultant.

The seminar was held in Ho Chi Minh City on the morning of 23/09/2018, organized by Law Television of Vietnam and chaired by the Law Review of Vietnam.

We discussed 4 main topics: General legal issues relating to FDI Real Estate projects in Vietnam; Capital investment, capital mobilization and financial mechanism of FDI enterprises in real estate sector; Common obstacles of FDI enterprises in real estate investment and the difference between real estate projects of FDI enterprises and real estate projects of domestic enterprises.
