LNT & Partners is proud to announce that our team led by Partner Thuy Nguyen has successfully secured the settlement of a tax dispute by mediation for our client, a multi-national corporation, against an administrative decision on corporate income tax incentives issued by a tax authority in Vietnam. The settlement decision came after the tax authority agreed not to impose any monetary fine or late payment interest on our client. The team working on this case consisted of Ms. Nhi Luong – Counsel, Ms. Hong Nguyen - Senior Associate, Mr. Phuong Nguyen – Mid-level Associate, as well as other associates.
