We are proud to have been a part of Toshin Development’s strategic investment in the Lancaster Luminaire. Toshin Development, the well-known real estate development and management arm of the Takashimaya Group, has signed a cooperation agreement with a Vietnamese real estate company to set out the framework for their joint investment in the Lancaster Luminaire, a 6000 sqm high-end shopping mall, office and apartment complex located in the heart of Hanoi.

Our Managing Partner, Quyen Hoang, and the team at LNT assisted Toshin Development throughout the transaction, assisting the client in navigating the uncertain transitioning period between the Laws on Investment. Ms Quyen has also advised Toshin Development on several other investment projects in Vietnam over the years.
