LNT & Partners is thrilled to have advised Asia Business Builders (ABB), a Vietnam-based private equity firm, on its recent strategic investment in Duoc Vuong Group, an innovative integrated pharmacy company in Vietnam.

Since its founding in 2012, Duoc Vuong has streamlined pharmaceutical distribution nationwide, serving thousands of orders daily and linking over 60,000 pharmacies directly with manufacturers through its online platform.

This investment was made via ABB's second private equity fund, which closed at $52 million last year. ABB's impressive portfolio includes industry leaders like DTP Education Solutions, Care Solutions, KA Logistics, and APLUS Home, further solidifying ABB's footprint across diverse sectors. ABB also has a robust advisory arm, supporting transactions exceeding $500 million to date.
