In collaboration with Vietnam Business Lawyers Club and LNT & Partners, the International Chamber of Commerce brings to HCMC PIDA1 (Program of the Institute for the Development of Arbitrators) this weekend.

Taking place over 3 days (20-22 April), the course will use a mock case to give participants an opportunity to experience the complications that may arise during a complex ICC arbitration proceeding, from drafting the request and answer, to preparing the witnesses and attending the hearing.

Chaired by Mr. Hiroyuki Tezuka, ICC Court Member and Partner of Nishimurai & Asahi, PIDA 1 brings together renowned arbitrators from various jurisdictions, creating a multicultural and interactive experience for the participants. Pictured below is Dr Net Le of LNT & Partners.
