On November 9, 2023, LNT & Partners delivered a presentation and insights at the Seminar Announcing the Report "Current Public-Private Partnership Investments in Vietnam: Barriers and Solutions" organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The presentation about promoting PPP investments from the perspective of risk-sharing mechanisms by LNT & Partners assessed difficulties and challenges related to regulations, resources, financial and risk management, workforce , and coordination among project stakeholders. In response to these challenges, regulatory and practical solutions were proposed to strengthen the risk-sharing mechanisms and enhance efficiency in the implementation of PPP projects in Vietnam.
